Designer / Project Coordinator

Who is this job for?

• Architects or interior designers with project management skills.
• Technical or industrial graphic designers with project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in designing custom furniture, steelwork, and metal wall art using AutoCAD (or similar technical software) and/or Adobe Illustrator.
• Manage orders from start to finish, including order processing, invoicing, Trello tracking, and logistics coordination.
• Communicate with suppliers to source and quote secondary materials (wood, marble, glass, etc.).
• Provide customer support on WhatsApp, handling inquiries, taking orders, and following up on project progress.
• Ensure accuracy in designs and production details for smooth execution.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD & Adobe Illustrator (or similar design software).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in customer service and supplier coordination.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 10am - 6pm
• Saturday (alternating basis): 10am - 4pm
