Job Description: Interior Designer/Architect

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer/Architect to join our team at Outbox. As a leading company in the production of steel-based furniture, metal wall art, and decor, we are dedicated to delivering outstanding design solutions to our valued customers. Responsibilities:

1. Design Expertise

• Create detailed CAD drawings for furniture and steelwork décor, showcasing innovative designs tailored to client needs.

2. Order Management

• Handle and process customer orders seamlessly through our website and WhatsApp.

• Ensure production status is closely monitored and customers are regularly updated throughout the process.

3. Showroom Engagement

• Greet and assist customers visiting our showroom, offering expert advice to help them select furniture and décor that perfectly fits their space and style.

4. Production Coordination

• Collaborate with logistics to guarantee timely deliveries.

• Communicate with suppliers to ensure orders are produced accurately and on schedule.

5. Customer Relations

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from design consultation to delivery.

6. Accounting and Administration

• Manage the accounting system, including creating sales invoices, processing payments, and issuing receipts.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an interior designer or architect, preferably as a furniture designer.
• Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD and 3ds Max for producing high-quality 2D and 3D visualizations.
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator is highly desired and considered a significant advantage.
• Willingness to conduct site visits, working closely with clients to understand their needs and showcase design options.
• Energetic, charming, and possessing excellent customer service skills to build strong relationships with our clients.
• A strong eye for detail and the ability to ensure the production process aligns with customer requirements and design specifications.
• Ability to visit our workshop periodically to oversee the production and ensure quality control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently or as part of a collaborative team.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
