We want you to feel confident and informed when placing an order with Outbox. Please take a moment to read the following terms which apply to all custom-made orders.
Orders are only considered confirmed once a deposit has been received.
If a deposit is not received, production will not begin and delays might occur.
In some cases, a deposit may not be required. If that’s the case, our team will let you know.
Please wait for our team to request the deposit before sending any payment.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstance.
All our products are custom-made, uniquely built for you, which means we cannot resell them or reuse the materials once production begins.
Standard production time is 3 to 6 weeks depending on complexity and the current numbers of orders we have going.
This timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delays may occur due to:
Supplier delays
Design modifications
External factors beyond our control (e.g. political unrest, shipping issues)
If your deposit is delayed, your production start date may also be pushed back. We cannot guarantee your order will be ready within the original timeframe.
If you are on a tight deadline, we kindly advise not to place an order as delays are sometimes unavoidable.
Once production begins, any changes to your order:
May not be possible
May incur additional fees
May extend your production timeline
We recommend discussing every detail upfront to avoid complications later on.
We’ll do our best to clarify and confirm every aspect of your order before production.
However, if a specific detail is left unmentioned, our team will apply the most suitable and professional solution.
If you receive your product and dislike a detail that was never discussed or specified, we cannot be held responsible, unless you have proof that the detail was previously agreed upon.
In such cases, the item cannot be returned, exchanged, or modified for free.
Upon delivery, you are required to inspect your item carefully.
Any visible damage or defect must be reported immediately or within 24 hours of receiving your product.
After 24 hours, any damage will be considered as accidental or caused by misuse, and we will not be able to cover it.
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish—especially in handcrafted or natural materials—are normal and not considered defects.
Outbox is not responsible for:
Damages resulting from improper use or third-party modifications/installations
Any damage that occurs after delivery
Delays caused by force majeure, including war, strikes, political unrest, or shipping disruptions
